PRIVACY POLICY

Effective November 1, 2026

REASSEMBLE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to reassemblementoring.org. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, inquiry category, and message you choose to provide. Our website and service providers may also process basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for security, spam prevention, and website operation.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries about mentoring, partnerships, volunteering, and REASSEMBLE activities; to administer communications; and to protect our website from misuse. We do not sell contact-form information.

3. Contact form and service providers

Our contact form is processed by Formspree. Notifications and responses may be handled through Google Workspace/Gmail. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements. We may also use Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, and security.

4. Children and young people

REASSEMBLE serves boys ages 13–18, but the general website contact form is intended for adults, including parents and guardians, mentors, and community partners. Please do not submit a child's full name, address, school, health information, photographs, artwork, or other sensitive information through this form. If a young person wishes to participate, a parent or guardian should contact us first.

5. Alvin "Texas" Smith Competition

Competition submissions are not currently accepted through this website contact form. Before collecting artwork or participant information, REASSEMBLE intends to publish separate official rules, guardian-consent requirements, submission instructions, and privacy information explaining what is collected and how it is used.

6. Sharing and retention

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the website and respond to messages, and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, subject to legal or operational requirements. A specific retention schedule has not yet been established.

7. Security

We use reputable hosting and form-processing services and take reasonable steps to safeguard information. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing info@reassemblementoring.org. We will review requests and respond as appropriate under applicable law. You can also choose not to submit the contact form.

9. External links and updates

Our website may link to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as our programs, forms, or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.

10. Contact

For privacy questions, contact info@reassemblementoring.org.

This policy describes the website's current general contact functionality. It should be reviewed for applicable privacy laws and updated before collecting information from minors or accepting competition entries.
